My Story

I've had the opportunity of being around different cultures of food. Becoming a Caterer and a Private Chef allows me to cook from the soul. With over 30 years of experience in kitchen, I started cooking when I was 13 years old. My Grandmother was my biggest inspiration! I watched her cook for not only her family but the neighborhood when someone was in need for example a house fire or a flood. She would make big pots of beans and corn bread to make sure their belly's were full that night.

That's where I get my passion and strength from, cooking meals directly out of my fridge and going out in the community feeding the homeless and less fortunate.
